DRAFT. This text is a placeholder and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It is not final.

Your videos

Every Lector processes video, audio and text on your own computer. Your files are not uploaded to us or to anyone else. The one exception is phone credits (coming soon): there, your phone sends only the audio to our EU cloud, we delete it 24 hours after the job, and the video stays on the phone.

Licence

Your licence is a signed file that the app checks on your PC. It does not need to contact a server to work.

This website

This site does not use advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security.

Payments

Payments and invoices are handled by a merchant of record. We receive your email and licence details, not your card number.

Contact and your rights

To ask about your data, write to the address on the Support page. Final wording on legal bases, retention and your rights will be added after legal review.
